How can I become a customer?

Conditions: You have a premises with regular opening hours. Download our New Customer registration form (german) fill it in and send it to us per post, fax: +49 (0) 611 950 89-100 or by E-mail. After checking over your details we will contact you.

Repair Studio

You can also become a customer but can only order accessories and repair articles. Instruments are only sold to specialist music shops. Musician

Dear Musician's, we are a Wholesaler / Distributor and only sell to music shops. You can neither order nor purchase instruments or accessories from us. However, by using our dealer search system you can find a music shop that works with us. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How can I order?

You have four options.

In order to deal with your orders promptly, please always give us your account number and use our article numbers.Thank you.

Is the article in stock?

The simplest way is to call us. If the reqired article is not in stock, we will contact our supplier and call you back.

Can I reserve the goods?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve goods. "First come first serve".

How long do deliveries take?

Generally, provided you order before 14:00 h, under normal circumstances we can get your order out on the same day and then it's up to the parcel services to get it to you soonest. Inland is usually 1-2 days and abroad 4-6 days. Maybe sooner, it depends on the Parcel services. We do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

How will the goods be sent?

  • National / EU: Parcels up to 30Kg are sent by DPD.
  • International shipments: vary from country to country. You can ask us anytime.
  • With large shipments we use Forwarding Agents.

Please note, the shipping costs are calculated individually.

How do I receive the invoice?

Generally, we send the invoice through the post, on the same day we ship the goods.

Do I get confirmation of my order?

Yes, after each order we send you confirmation per Fax. If you no longer have a fax, let us know and we will make a note to send the confirmation per email.

Jump to a particular catalogue-page?

Upper left in the flipping book catalogue you will find an input box for page numbers. Using this, you can jump to a particular page.

Open up a page by clicking and holding the mouse on the book rand like you would do with a real book.

You can select the desired page with the URL of the catalogue in your browser. Change the page number behind the hash character manually. For example: /index.html#2 --> /index.html#370
